bFGF (basic fibroblast growth factor), also known as FGF-2, is a one of the fibroblast growth factor family members, has a variety of cell proliferation effect.

[How to Use]

To use first before centrifugation to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Using 5 mM Tris, pH 7.6 buffer, resuspended to a final concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg / mL. Diluted again with culture medium may be diluted to a suitable concentration.

[Uses] is mainly used to maintain the stem cells dry, neurite growth, receptor binding, phosphorylation studies.
